1961, Faema writes an important page of its history and of that of
the espresso coffee machines: it launches an absolutely innovative machine
on the market, the E61.
In fact, this is the first time a pump has been used in order to create
the correct pressure to produce the perfect Italian espresso. But the E61
features also other revolutionary devices among which that famous system
to balance the group thermal equilibrium, which will transform Faema
machines into the representatives of the Italian espresso all over the
world.
At exactly 40 years from the birth of the myth E61, Faema introduces its
celebratory version: the E61 Legend.
Pushed by the success obtained in Italy and by the great interest stirred
up in international markets, Faema introduces the automatic version of the
E61 model, the E61 Jubilé.
Even though maintaining the "E61" aesthetic and technological
characteristics, the E61 Jubilé has been up-dated by employing
electronic solutions, which allow dosing the coffee and hot water
selections.
